Bears Gymnastics High Performance Camp
Experience the Beauty of the Ocean State at Our Brown University Gymnastics Summer Camps!
Join us for the Bears High-Performance Camp, hosted by the Brown University gymnastics coaching staff. This is a unique opportunity to train one-on-one with our dedicated coaching staff and current Brown Gymnastics athletes. Bring your goals, and let’s work together to achieve them!

Location & Campus Experience
Our two-day commuter camps will be held at Ocean State Gymnastics Center (OSSG), conveniently located just north of Brown University. While you're here, take the opportunity to explore our stunning, world-renowned campus and the vibrant Providence area. Campus tours will be available on weekdays at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM.
Who Can Attend?
- Our Bears High-Performance Camp is open to all gymnasts, but is recommended for Level 8 and above.
- We welcome any and all qualified applicants, regardless of disability, race, color, religion, or ethnic origin.
Camp Schedule & Details
- Daily Schedule: Check-in at 8:30 AM, camp concludes at 4:00 PM
Tentative Schedule for both camps
Day 1
- 8:30am — 9:00am Check In/ Drop Off
- 9:00am — 9:30am Introductions/ Warm Up
- 9:30am — 12:00pm Skill Instruction
- 12:00pm — 1:00pm Lunch Break
- 1:00pm — 1:15pm Warm Up
- 1:15pm — 3:45pm Skill Instruction
- 3:45pm — 4:00pm Stretch/Camp Dismissal
Day 2:
- 8:30am — 9:00am Check In/ Drop Off
- 9:00am — 9:30am Introductions/ Warm Up
- 9:30am — 12:00pm Skill Instruction
- 12:00pm — 1:00pm Lunch Break
- 1:00pm — 1:15pm Warm Up
- 1:15pm — 3:30pm Skill Instruction/Camp
- 3:30pm — 4:00pm Show Camp Dances or Chat with the Bears/ Photos/ Camp Concludes
